Service Description

Internal journeying is an ancient practice of building self awareness and discovery. Whether fully guided or assisted, you will be led on a meditation of your choice. This may include mapping your internal cosmos (upper, middle, lower realms), cord cutting, meeting or seeking counsel from spirit and animal guides, recovering lost soul fragments / parts, or bringing your personal intentions to the session. The session includes smudging, sacred space, and assistance interpreting the images and symbolic thoughts revealed.
